Fioen Blaisse was born in Amsterdam (1932). After the Rietveld Academy in Amsterdam (1960) have accomplished it is a lot working in her studio in Amsterdam. Award Singer Award, in October 1998 – also ouvre exhibition at the Singer Museum. Work assignments and held various Dutch governments, museums and private collections at home and abroad. Member of the Dutch Society of Sculptors.
